Chamarajanagar: Four youths, who had assaulted their friend with a machete on B. Rachaiah Double Road here on Monday night, have been arrested by the Police.
While the injured youth has been identified as Preetham of Ambedkar Layout here, those arrested are Nandan, Abhishek, Vijayakumar and Sunil Kumar, all residents of Babu Jagjivanram Layout.

The Police, who have registered attempt to murder case on them, produced the accused to a Court, which remanded them to judicial custody.stupor.
Preetham, who suffered serious injuries, was rushed to the District Hospital, where he was provided arafirst-aid and was later shifted to a hospital in Mysuru.
A case has been registered at Chamjanagar Police Station.
