Fraudulent COVID vaccine certificate: Will our DC intervene?

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I received the COVID vaccination — the first dose on 13th March 2021 and the second dose on 26th April 2021 — at Brindavan Hospital, Mysuru and both were Covishield.

Duly through CoWIN  I have downloaded the certificates.

Now on 6th January 2022 I received SMS messages that I have been successfully vaccinated.

The fraudulent certificate which I received through Cowin, second dose for me was on 4th January 2022 at UPHC, Lashkar, Gandhinagar, Mysuru.

This information about the second dose is absolutely wrong and fake. I am not sure if someone is misusing my name and my mobile number for fraudulent purposes. The important thing is that my Aadhaar number’s last four digits are the same.

I would request our Deputy Commissioner (DC) to intervene and check the authenticity of these messages. I have the relevant certificates issued in April 2021 as well as the recent ones.
