Free Angioplasty workshop at Jayadeva Heart Hospital

Mysuru: Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, Medatronics America and Dr. Govindaraju Subramani Heart Foundation, Wisconsin, America, have jointly organised a free Angioplasty workshop for 200 needy heart patients.

The first workshop will be held on Oct. 10 and 11 at Jayadeva Hospital in Bengaluru and the second one on Oct. 12 and 13 at Mysuru Jayadeva Hospital, said Sri Jayadeva Hospital Director Dr. C. N. Manjunath.

Addressing the press persons here on Wednesday, he said that 200 poor patients and senior citizens below poverty line will be provided medicated stents freely. This facility has already been offered to those patients for angiogram check-ups.

The patients while applying should have a BPL card or Low Income Certificate. Such patients can register their names before Oct. 8 by calling Ph: 080-22977433.
