The Department of Pre-University Education will be organising free English Grammar and Speaking Classes for Pre-University students on Sundays. The classes will be held at Cluster Centres in all taluks of the district, Maharani PU College for girls in the city and at Government PU Colleges at People’s Park, Nazarbad, Chamaraja Double Road (100ft. Road), Vontikoppal, Manchegowdanakoppalu and Kuvempunagar. The students can get themselves registered at their nearest nodal centres and attend the classes to be held on Sundays.
