Free skill training for candidates aged between 15 and 45 years

The Karnataka Skill Development Authority and Samagra Shikshana Abhiyan, Department of School Education & Literacy, have organised a free skill development training programme for candidates aged between 15 and 45 years. Skill Development Entrepreneurship and Livelihood Department under Central Government’s ‘Skill Hubs Initiative’ conducts skill development training programmes and provides employment for people.

Those who have dropped out from schools may also apply for training which will be imparted at three venues — Automotive service technician and biometric data entry operator posts at Karnataka Public School in Kuvempunagar; Biometric data entry operator, Retail sales associate posts at Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Mysuru; Biometric data entry operator post and Assistant Beauty Therapist Course at Periyapatna Girls Composite PU College.
