Gajendra Shastry (45), Priest of Shivana-samudra Mara-mma Temple at Kuvempunagar and a resident of Ramakrishna-nagar, passed away yesterday night in city.
He leaves behind his wife, three sons and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at his native place Biligere village, near Suttur in Nanjangud Taluk today, according to sources.
