Ganayogi Panchakshari – Puttaraja Sangeetotsava has been organised at Sri Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road in city on Mar. 12 under the aegis of Swarasankula Sangeetha Sabha, Mysuru.
10 am to 1.15 pm: Music Concert by Dr. M.S. Bhaskar, Vid. Manasa Nayana, Mysuru and Vidu. Kalpana Sumanth, Bengaluru.
2 pm to 5.15 pm: Music Concert by Srinivasa Bhagavat, Bengaluru, Sunita Hiremath, Mysuru and Vidu. Mahalakshmi Shenoi, Karkala.
5.30 pm: Release of DVD ‘Raag Darshan’ (information on 10 Ashraya Raagas) by Babukodi B.V. Karanth Ranga Pratishtana Managing Trustee Jayaram Patil. Swarasankula Sangeetha Sabha President Dr. M.S. Bhaskar will preside. Retd. Professor of University of Mysore Dr. Pradhan Gurudatta and Hindustani vocalist Pt. Indudhar Nirodi will be the chief guests.
6 pm: Vocal recital by Siddartha, Bengaluru.
7.15 pm: Vocal recital by Vidu. H.G. Chaitra, playback singer and National award winner, from Bengaluru.
