Heaps of garbage dumped on Devanur Water Tank Road in Rajivnagar 2nd Stage, 2nd Phase has become an eyesore. This apart, small velocity wind is scattering wastes such as empty plastic covers, papers and other light materials all over the place. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage cleared at the earliest.
