Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens (Mysuru Zoo) will be hosting a two-day seminar on the occasion of Global Tiger Day at its premises in city on July 29 and 30. The theme for the seminar is “Roaring Forward: Effective Actions for  Big Cat Conservation.”

 A forum has been arranged for comprehensive discussion to develop innovative strategies for management, conservation, and re-introduction strategies of big cats. The seminar themes are Ecology and Conservation, In-situ and Ex-situ Management & Current Challenges and Future Prospects.

The experts from the above said field will be sharing their expertise. Researchers, Scientists and Field Experts will be participating in this seminar and an opportunity is provided to share their knowledge and to present oral and poster presentations on the theme.
