Gold chain snatched

Mysore/Mysuru: Bike-borne miscreants have snatched a gold chain of a woman near Chamundipuram Circle on Saturday night.

The woman who lost her gold chain is 40-year-old Shraddha, wife of Vijayaraya and a resident of 2nd Main Road, 1st Cross in Vidyaranyapuram.

Shraddha, who had been to a bakery near her house at about 8 pm, was on her way back to the house when two miscreants on a bike yanked her 30 grams gold chain and sped away, according to DCP Dr. A.N. Prakash Gowda.

Vidyaranyapuram Inspector Manjunath and staff visited the spot. A case has been registered at Vidyaranyapuram Police Station.
