Grand Karaga Mahotsava held despite rains

Mysuru: The 98th Karaga Mahotsava organised by Sri Renukadevi Karaga Temple Trust, Ittigegud, was held with devotion and grandeur despite rain on Saturday night. The Karaga procession which began from Ittigegud Temple passed through the main thoroughfares of the city. Various art troupes like Mangalavadya, Dollu Kunita, Hulivesha and dance troupes accompanied the procession. The Karaga of Devi Chamundeshwari and Devi Mariyamma was carried all along the procession.
