Members of Communist Party of India (Marxist), District Unit, distributed food kits to tonga riders who are hit by lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic. At a function held near office of the Deputy Commissioner here recently, K. Basavaraj, District Secretary, gave away food kits to 101 tonga riders of Agrahara, Nazarbad, Kukkarahalli and Old RMC.
District Committee Members, L. Jagannath, N. Vijaykumar, Jayaram, Jagadish Surya and N. Diwakar, Trade Union Leaders Basavaiah, Mehboob Pasha, S.B. Balaram, Somashekar, C.R. Krishnamurthy, Umapathi, T.N. Raju and others were present.
