H.D. Revanna too aspiring to be CM?

Bengaluru:  With his younger brother H.D. Kumaraswamy becoming the Chief Minister twice, PWD Minister H.D. Revanna too is said to be aspiring to become the CM at least once.

Although Revanna is not eyeing the CM post in the current Assembly, he has reportedly set his eyes on the next Assembly polls.

Revanna is learnt to be making changes in his lifestyle so as to make him publicly appear as a suitable man for the post. He is said to be planning to hire a PR Executive from Andhra Pradesh to enhance his political ratings.

This PR Executive is learnt to have served former CM Dharam Singh, Rajya Sabha MP Rajiv Chandrashekar and former CM B.S. Yeddyurappa. As the PRE’s contract with Yeddyurappa expired in May, Revanna is planning to hire him with a monthly salary of Rs. 5 lakh along with posh facilities.

Revanna’s son Prajwal Revanna, a budding politician, is said to be already working on the plan. It is to be seen how Revanna, who still follows a rural lifestyle, will get a makeover.
