H.J. Deepak (44), a resident of Gokula Road in the town, passed away on Tuesday afternoon.
He leaves behind his wife, a son, parents, brother Venugopal of the Forest Department, sister and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Hunsur Burial Grounds today, according to family sources.
