H.P. Vishwanath (70), a resident of Vidyaranyapuram near Andani Circle, passed away yesterday night at a private hospital following brief illness.
He leaves behind his wife Prabhamani, son Manjunath, daughters Rashmi and Rekha, daughter-in-law Lakshmi and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be held this evening at the foot of Chamundi Hill, according to family sources.
