H.S. Chandru (70), elder son of former Minister H.C. Srikantaiah, passed away yesterday.
He leaves behind a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
The body was kept for public viewing at his Sadashivanagar residence this morning and last rites were held at a farm in Gavadagere near Hirisave of Channarayapatna taluk this afternoon, according to family sources.
