The NIE IEEE student branch and NISB in association with techNIEks-2017 conducted a one-day Hackathon on Wednesday last. The hackathon went on from 10 am to 9pm and there were 120 participants from various colleges in Mysuru.
Ashish Kedia (Web Solution Engineer at Google, Hyderabad) and Harsha Kikkeri (Director of R&D,Robotics, at Suitable) were the mentors.
TEQIP coordinator Dr. H. D. Phaneendra, Student Welfare officer T. H. Sadashiva Murthy and Joint Student Welfare Officer C. K. Vanamala were present at the event.
Winner: Team ‘Possibilities’ comprising Anurag Kumar, Gunjan and Adarsh Kumar; Runner Up: Team ‘Trusty Tahr’ comprising Sudhanshu Sharma, Mridul Ganga, M.B. Anirudh and Abhinav Kumar; Second Runner Up: Team ‘Inninc Studios’ comprising Supreeth S. Avadhani, Tasheer Hussain, Pradyumna Yogan and Siddharth Somani.
