Mysuru: Mysore University in association with Soukya Foundation has organised a 3-day International Science Conference ‘Health is Wealth’ from Apr.5 at Hotel Rio Meridian, said Srihari of GSS Foundation.
About 400 reps from Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries are participating, he said. This time Mysuru is hosting the conference whereas earlier Cochin used to host the event. People who used to go for English medicine now are using Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani. This conference will emphasise on creating awareness about these systems of medicine and its importance, he said.
On Apr.7, public awareness programme on nutrition, natural medicine and health has been organised at B. N. Bahadur Institute of Management Sciences, Manasagangothri, he added.
