Hejjige Shivanna (73), a retired Commercial Tax Assistant Commissioner and a resident of Vidyaranyapuram, passed away this morning.
He leaves behind three sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be performed at his native village Hejjige in Nanjangud taluk tomorrow at 12 noon, according to family sources.
