Heritage Fest at ISKCON from tomorrow

Mysuru: ISKCON, Mysore, will celebrate India’s rich culture and tradition with school children of the royal city participating in the Heritage Fest. This festival is a 11-day inter-school cultural competition which will be held at ISKCON, Jayanagar from July 23 to Aug. 3 and is open for all students from Class 1 to 10.

Heritage Fest is a celebration of creativity and talent among the school children and is an attempt to familiarise them with the glorious tradition of Indian culture through a series of events.

The Heritage Fest has several interesting contests created to tap the creative potential of the versatile students of today. Vocal Music, Vedic Quiz, Gita Sloka Chanting, Painting, Rangoli and several other contests are lined up at Heritage Fest to bring out the best talent in children.

There is no entry fee to participate in the cultural festival and is open to all schools in Mysuru.
