Mysuru: Hindustan First Grade College (HFGC) had organised a special lecture on “Team-Building and Motivation” at its premises recently.

Kishore Rachaiah, Founder and Proprietor of Kreatement Events, who was the resource person, in his address said that team-building brings people together by encouraging collaboration and teamwork. One of the most powerful reasons for team-building is to get results.  

The programme stressed the key benefit of a properly planned team-building activity which improves the communication between people. The team- building activity ideas help to facilitate long-term team building through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions and processing.

Guest speaker Kishore Rachaiah, Principal Dr. C. J. Priya, Special Officer Abel Mathew Prasad, a parent and alumni inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Computer Science Assistant Professor R.D. Sukshma welcomed. Department of Commerce and Management Assistant Professor Nayan Hashmi proposed a vote of thanks. English Department Assistant Professor S.
