Hobamma (85), wife of C. Puttamadegowda and a resident of Hanumanalu village, Bannur Hobli, in the taluk, passed away on Friday at the village.
She leaves behind son K.P. Kumaraswamy, a senior advocate at Mysuru and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at her native place.
