Home Minister Basavaraj Bommai to arrive in city this evening

Mysore/Mysuru: Minister for Home, Law and Parliamentary Affairs Basavaraj Bommai will be arriving in the city this evening on a two-day tour of the district.

Bommai, who will arrive by road from Bengaluru at 6 pm, will take part in some programmes and stay overnight in city.

Tomorrow (July14), the Home Minister will take part in the passing out parade at Karnataka Police Academy (KPA) at 8 am, following which he will lay the foundation stone and inaugurate several other development works concerning the department  at 10 am.

Bommai is scheduled to attend other programmes between 11 am and 2 pm, following which he will leave Mysuru by road to K. M. Doddi in Maddur taluk, where former Minister and veteran politician G. Madegowda is undergoing treatment and then travel to Bengaluru.
