The Backward Classes Welfare Department too has invited applications from students belonging to Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3B, 3A and 3B and SC/ST communities, who have secured admission in Government recognised schools, for admission to post-matric boys and girls hostels at Nanjangud town, Hullahalli, Kappasoge, Kudlapura, Kasuvinahalli, Hemmaragala and Tagadur.
