Mysuru: In yet another step of reaching out to the beneficiaries at their doorstep, the State Government has included deliverance of house allotment letters to housing beneficiaries of Karnataka Slum Development Board (KSDB), under its ambitious ‘Sakala’ scheme.
Now, as per the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2011 (also known as Karnataka Guarantee of Services to Citizens Act), the housing beneficiaries of Slum Development Board will get their allotment letters under the provisions of the Act, which promises delivery of services within a stipulated period of time.
The beneficiaries should apply online https://ksdbonline.karna taka.gov.in/sakala along with all the required documents, for getting their house allotment letters. The documents to be submitted while applying online includes Notice of Allotment, Approved list of beneficiaries/provisional beneficiaries, Token of House allotment issued by the Slum Clearance Board, Aadhaar card/ Voter ID card/Ration Card of the beneficiary, Receipt for having paid the instalment amount in full etc., according to the AEE of Karnataka Slum Development Board.
