Mysuru:  A locked house at Vijayanagar 2nd stage was reportedly burgled recently, with the miscreants decamping with cash, gold jewels and other items worth about Rs. 80,000.

The house resident Vani was said to have locked the house on Feb. 28 and left for her relative’s house. When she returned the next day, she observed the front door broke open and found the valuables with cash missing from the room. Vijayanagar Police have registered a case.
