Mysuru: An incident of burglars breaking into a locked house and making away with cash and valuables has been reported from Megala Koorgalli in city.
The burglary took place at the house of one M.N. Vijay, who on Oct. 18 had locked his house and had gone to his relative’s place in Holenarsipur. On Oct. 24, when he returned, he found the front door of his house forcibly opened and on entering the house, he found cash and valuables kept in the almirah worth about Rs. 45,000 missing and immediately lodged a complaint with Vijayanagar Police.
Vijayanagar Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
