House burgled in Rajivnagar

Mysuru – Burglars, who allegedly broke into a house in Rajivnagar Second Stage, have decamped with valuables and jewellery worth Rs. 3. 5 lakh.

The burglary took place at the residence of one Imran in Rajivnagar II Stage.

Imran had left for Dharwad along with his family members on Apr. 8. A neighbour, who noticed the door open on Apr. 12, informed Imran, who rushed back to Mysuru  on Thursday, when he discovered valuables and jewellery missing from the almirah in a room of the house.

The miscreants are learnt to have forced open the door to gain entry into the house.

The Udayagiri Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
