Hundreds undergo free cataract screening at MRC Eye Hospital

Mysore/Mysuru: More than hundreds of people including senior citizens and middle-aged from city and rural places underwent the free cataract screening at the camp, organised by Mysore Race Club (MRC) Charitable Eye Hospital, in association with Youth Red Cross Unit of Siddarthanagar Government First Grade College and Kranthi Veera Sangoli Rayanna Yuva Gharjane at MRC hospital premises this morning.

The screening camp was held between 10 am and 1 pm today.  MRC Eye Hospital General Assistant Ramu and technicians conducted the tests. About 20 people were selected for free lens installation at the MRC Eye Hospital.

Puneeth Rayanna, District Vice-President of Kranthi Veera Sangoli Rayanna Yuva Gharjane, P. Chandra Shekar, Convenor of Youth Red Cross Unit of Siddarthanagar Government First Grade College and others were present.
