‘Janapada Sambhrama,’ a two-day rural games and folk art programme, was organised under the joint aegis of Taluk Kannada Janapada Parishat, Kannada Sahitya Parishat and e-Channel, at Muneshwar Kaval Grounds in Hunsur recently. ZP Member Dr. Pushpa Amarnath inaugurated the event that included various rural games for students and public — Lagori for boys, Kere-Dada and Kuntebille for girl students, bow-and-arrow for tribal kids, sack race for men and breaking-the-pot for women. Taluk Kannada Janapada Parishat President Puttashetty, District President Kyathanahalli Prakash, Parishat Member H.S. Raghu, Vasanth Manjunath, T.
