Mysuru: Music maestro Ilayaraja will perform at the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) on Nov. 16. The legendary composer will be kick-starting his world tour with a live concert in Bengaluru. 

Bengaluru International Airport Ltd. has allotted a space next to the airport for concerts and Ilayaraja will be the first to perform at the new venue. The world tour is expected to be completed by the end of 2020. 

As part of the tour, Ilayaraja will be performing in cities such as London, Paris, Oslo, Dublin, Washington D.C., Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas and San Francisco and in the Middle East as well. The tour will also cover a few Indian cities such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi and Theni, Illayaraja’s hometown in Tamil Nadu. Tickets are available at www.bookmyshow.com.
