Dr. B.S. Pushpalatha and Dr. Leelavathi were felicitated on the occasion of International Women’s Day during the Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme organised by Indian Medical Association (IMA), Mysuru Branch, at Jayachamaraja Wadiyar Golf Club in city recently. Talk on ‘Role of Emergency Medicine’ and ‘Advances in Treatment of Tuberculosis’ was delivered by Dr. Madhu Srinivasarangan, Associate Professor, Department of Medicine, JSS Medical College and Dr. Spoorthi Gowda, WHO NTEP Consultant, Mysuru Division, marking the World TB Day. IMA Mysuru President Dr. B.N. Anandaravi, Secretary Dr. N. Chandrabhan Singh, Past President Dr. Suresh Rudrappa, President-Elect Dr. Sujatha S. Rao, Vice-Presidents Dr. M.S. Jayanth and Dr. Y.M. Shivakumar and others were present.
