Inauguration of Adichunchanagiri Mutt building, Bhavan, Hostel on Sept. 10 and 11

Mysore/Mysuru: The new buildings of Adichunchanagiri Mysuru Branch Mutt, BGS Samskrutika Bhavan and Free Student Hostel will be inaugurated in the city on Sept. 10 and 11.

Announcing this at a press meet at Adichunchanagiri Mutt branch in Bogadi here yesterday, Adichunchanagiri Mutt Seer Dr. Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji said  that “Former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda will inaugurate the new building of the Mutt that has come up in Lakshmikanthaswamy temple premises, Lakshmikanthanagar of Hebbal at on Sept. 10 at 7 pm. Titular head of the erstwhile Mysuru Royal family Yaduveer  Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar, MLAs G.T. Devegowda and K. Harishgowda and former Mayor Shivakumar will be present, he said.

Continuing, Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji said that, “Chief Minister Siddharamaiah will inaugurate the second day programme on Sept. 11 at 11 am in Lakshmikanthanagar Temple premises. Former Chief Minister and JD(S) Legislature party leader H.D. Kumaraswamy will inaugurate the BGS Samskrutika Bhavan, while Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar will inaugurate the Free Students Hostel and District in-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will inaugurate  BGS Guest House in the gracious presence of Mysuru Ramakrishna Ashrama President Swami Muktidanandaji and Vijayanagar Yoga Narasimha Swamy Temple Founder Dr. Bhashyam Swamiji. 

 Also, Four books will be released on the occasion. While Animal Husbandry Minister K. Venkatesh will release the book titled ‘Gorakshanathara Sidda Siddantha Paddati’,  Agriculture Minister N. Chaluvarayaswamy will release the book ‘Gorakshanathara Tatwa Darshana’, MLA G.T. Devegowda will release the book ‘Sahukar Channaiah’ and MP Pratap Simha will release the book ‘Kedambadi Ramayyagowda’.

The Seer said that as part of the programme, a Bhyravajyothi Yatra will be taken out from Adichunchanagiri in Nagamangala Taluk of Mandya district to Mysuru on Sept. 10 at 6 am. The Yatra will pas through Devegowda Circle on Ring Road, Mysuru at 11 am and reach the venue here in procession. Several cultural programmes are organised.
