Incomplete manhole works at Postal Colony in Rajivnagar 2nd Stage, behind Service Road, 1st Cross, is causing a lot of problems to the residents. They said that water is getting stagnated in the open manhole and emanating foul smell besides becoming a perfect place for mosquitoes to breed. Will the authorities concerned take steps to complete the manhole work before it is too late?
