Seventh seed Sidharth Rawat of India scored a well fought 7-6 (4), 7-6 (3) win over Mysuru lad Suraj R. Prabodh and entered the quarter-finals in the men’s singles event in the India F5 Futures $15,000 ITF Men’s Tennis Tournament played at the KSLTA Courts in Bengaluru yesterday.
In the men’s doubles event, second seed pair of Chandril Sood and Lakshith Sood of India scored a 3-6, 6-3, 10-7 win over wild card entrants and Mysuru lads C. Vashit & S.D. Prajwal Dev and entered the semi-finals.
