Mysuru: Dr. M.S. Sapna, Assistant Professor, Department of Communication and Journalism, Mysore University, has been awarded the Indo-Sri Lankan Foundation Fellowship to visit Colombo for 10 days from June 14 to 24.
During her visit, she will be working in collaboration with Sri Lankan Press Institute and will help the journalism school of the Institute to review and upgrade their curriculum, conduct workshops for journalists and have public lectures.
She will also be visiting the Department of Journalism in University of Colombo for a research collaboration. This Fellowship is given by the Foundation at New Delhi for academicians to have bilateral academic and research between India and Sri Lanka.
