N.R. Vishukumar, Director, Department of Information and Public Relations, Bengaluru, has bagged the Best Public Communicator Award instituted by Indian Public Relations Board.
The award was presented by Minister for IT, BT and Tourism Priyank Kharge at the 11th Global Meet on Communication held in Bengaluru on Mar.4.
The Advertisement Section of the Department has won two awards, three for Publication section including one for a book on Gandhiji. These awards were presented by litterateur Dr. Chandrashekar Kambar to the Director and Deputy Directors Basavaraj Kambi and H.B. Dinesh.
