Mysore/Mysuru: The Installation Ceremony of Inner Wheel Club of Mysore was held virtually on July 23.  Jyotsna R. Irani was installed as the President along with her new team.

On the occasion, the Club Bulletin “Vani Vilasa” was released by Past District Chairman Swarna Chittaranjan.

This year the Association’s theme “Lead the Change” is very relevant in today’s circumstances. Inner Wheel Club of Mysore constantly works on making a difference in people’s lives and this year will focus on underprivileged women, children and pourakarmikas.

To commemorate the day, 100 saplings were planted and a contribution was made towards “Reach Out India,” an NGO helping women in slums with menstrual health and hygiene.  

The Club has many projects in the pipeline and is also in communication with the MCC to help in their Covid-19 related activity. 

The new office-bearers for the year 2020-21 are: Jyotsna Raian Irani (President), Mamatha Mohan (Imm. Past President), Archana Mukund (Vice-President), Uma Mahesh (Secretary), Suhana Alva (Jt. Secretary), Roopa Nitin (Treasurer), Pallavi Arun (ISO), Gowri Gokul (Editor) and Ramya Ashok (HOPE Coordinator), according to a press release.
