Mysuru  –  S. Mahadeva-swamy took over as the Chairman of BAI, Mysore Centre, during the installation ceremony of new office-bearers for the year 2017-18 at Golden Landmark Resort in city recently.

National Vice-President of BAI for South Zone-2 S. Narasimha Reddy, who was the Installing Officer,  administered the oath of office to the incoming team. The following are the other team members:

Vice-Chairman: J.V.R. Naidhruva; Immediate Past Chairman: N. Subramanya; Hon. Secretary:  M. Rathnaraj; Hon. Joint Secretary: M.G. Somashekar; Hon. Treasurer: C.D. Krishna; Chairman-Elect (2018-19) K. Subramanya Rao; State Chairman BAI Karnataka: S.R. Swamy.

Malayappan Murali, MD of Shriram Properties, who was the chief guest, spoke about the challenges faced by the builders during all stages of project execution.

He advised Mysuru builders not to dishearten from threats and to take care of all the stakeholders and continue with all the works to achieve their targets specified on time and within the budget.
