Mysuru: Mysore Art Gallery, as part of its monthly programme ‘Interaction with achiever,’ had organised a function at its premises on Ramanuja Road here this morning which featured Handicrafts artist Shrimathi Arunkumar.
Exhibits crafted by Shrimathi were put on display at the Gallery which included woollen dolls, cloth purses and handbags, embroidery works on sarees and churidars. The rare display was colourful rangoli drawn on water. Former President of District Kannada Sahitya Parishat Maddikere Gopal was the chief guest. Singer and Dentist Dr. Snehashri Nirmal Kumar and Kannada Lecturers G. Chandrika were special invitees.
