International Islamic scholar Hazarath Moulana Hafiz Qari Ashraf-ul-Qadri Ashrafi, who will be in city, will deliver a lecture on ‘Weeladath-e-Ghouse Azam’ and ‘Istaq-Bal-e-Ramzan’ month tomorrow.
