Mysuru, Oct. 23- ‘Black Ducks’ Cartoon submitted by renowned Cartoonist B.V. Panduranga Rao at the 11th International Cartoon Contest Festival, Ferizaz, Kosovo 2025, has been awarded Special Prize in free theme category.

The awarded cartoon was selected from the total works of 2,136 by 563 artists from 69 countries received in the competition. His prized cartoon is one among 10 selected winners.

The organisation had invited Rao to take part in the Festival held in September, 2025, and also to participate in the various activities. His Cartoon was displayed in the exhibition and he was presented with the Certificate, a memento.

In an another International Cartoon Contest 7th Gold Panda International and illustration competition, China, Rao’s cartoon has been in the winners list of selected cartoons for Exhibition and printing in the Catalog.

The 81-year-old Rao has been participating in International Contests for the past 29 years and his works have been selected for numerous awards and exhibited in over 40 countries.
