Mysuru: The Investiture Ceremony of St. Joseph’s College for Women along with St. Joseph’s PU College for Girls was held in the college premises.

Rev. Fr. Vijay Kumar, addressing the gathering, explained  the meaning and purpose of Investiture. He said leaders are recognised by the initiation of service rather than the power and riches they possess. The importance of rules and responsibilities is necessary to show mastery in them.  “The overseers have to inculcate in them, Service, Quality and Sacrifice as the key features so that they can create a flourishing future for their peers,” he said.

The elected leaders were conferred with badges by the dignitaries.  The student council pledged to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities.
