The 19th Investiture Ceremony of the School was held at the School premises recently. Retd. Prof. Dr. Krishna Murthy Hanuru was the chief guest on the occasion. He gave the badges and sashes to the elected members of the Student Council. HM B. Savitha administered the oath for the members of the Student Council.
DEST President M. Ramappa presided over the function. Vice-President S.N. Jayaprakash, Secretary R. Subbarao, Directors V.N. Sundar and Dr. Manonmani, Deepa Composite PU College Principal K.L. Ramachandra Murthy were present on the occasion.
The elected members of the Student Council are as follows:
High School Secretary – G. Rakesh (10th std.) and Vice-Secretary – Deepak (9th std.); Higher Primary School Vice-Secretary – N.S. Poorvitha (6th std.)
House-wise Captains and Vice-Captains are as follows:
Ganga House Captain – Praveen (10th std.) and Vice-Captain – Meghana (10th std.); Saraswathi House Captain – Rakesh Sirve (10th std.) and Vice-Captain – Anjali (10th std.); Yamuna House Captain – Sushmitha (10th std.) and Vice-Captain Kavya (10th std.); Kaveri House Captain – Pradeepa (10th std.) and Vice-Captain Akshatha (10th std.).
