Irresponsible citizens are dumping garbage right in front of ‘Not a place for garbage’ banner put up by MCC on Sambaiah lane (Old Bank Road Cross) near Prabha Theatre. Though the warning message states that garbage dumpers would be penalised, dumping of garbage is going on without fear. Authorities concerned are urged to get the garbage cleared and take steps to prevent garbage from being dumped in future.
