Mysuru-based R. Nagarj of Income-Tax Department, taking part in the ITF Grade 3 Senior Tennis Championship played at the Bhilai Tennis Complex, Bhilai, won a grand double by clinching the 55-plus Men’s Singles and Doubles titles.
In the 55-plus Men’s Singles final yesterday, Nagaraj beat Chandra Bhushan 6-2, 6-2 to clinch the title.
Earlier on Friday, in the 55-plus Doubles event, Nagaraj, teamed up with Chandra Bhushan, to beat Kranti Kumar and P. Rajesh 6-0, 6-0.
