Narayan (80), a retired employee of the Mysuru Zoo and a resident of Ittegegud, passed away last night.

He leaves behind two sons Diwakar, an employee of Zilla Panchayat and Vasu, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here this noon, according to   family sources.
