Janaki (76), wife of P. Biddappa and a resident of Madikeri, passed away yesterday evening following a heart attack.
She leaves behind her husband, sons Nagesh Panathale, a photo journalist and Satish Kumar and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Madikeri Burial Grounds this morning, according to family sources.
