Mysuru: The Karnataka Janapada Academy has invited entries from writers for presenting book award for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017. For the year 2015 award, the books must be first published between Jan.1, 2014 and Dec. 31, 2014 while that for the year 2016 award, the books must be first published between Jan.1, 2015 and Dec. 31, 2015 and that for the 2017 award, the books must be first published between Jan. 1, 2016 and Dec. 31, 2016. Books published by Universities, Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Kannada Book Authority, Kannada and Culture Department, Academies and various other Government Departments will not be considered.
Authors should send their entries to the Registrar, Karnataka Janapada Academy, 2nd floor, Kannada Bhavan, JC Road, Bengaluru-2 before May 19.
