Jayarama (77), retired Chief Manager, State Bank of Mysore and a resident of SBM Colony in Srirampura 2nd Stage, passed away following a heart attack yesterday in city.

He had also served as the President of Vivekananda Brahmana Mahasabha and President of Mysore Bank Colony Residents’ Cultural and Welfare Association.

He leaves behind his wife Indira, daughters Bhargavi and Varuni, sons-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.  Last rites will be held at his native place Santheshivara village near Channarayapatna in Hassan district, according to family sources.
